Can I water my garden when lawn watering is prohibited?
Depending on the current restriction stage, trees, shrubs and gardens may still be watered using approved methods. If a lawn and garden share the same irrigation zone, that zone may be treated as lawn watering. We can assess your system, separate mixed zones where practical, or convert appropriate garden areas to drip irrigation. Always consult the current City of Delta and Metro Vancouver regulations before operating your system.
What irrigation problems do you repair?
We diagnose and repair leaking valves, broken or misaligned sprinkler heads, damaged drip lines, wiring problems, controller issues, uneven coverage and pressure-related concerns. We also make system modifications and water-efficiency upgrades.
Can my existing sprinkler system be converted to drip irrigation?
Often, yes. Existing zones can sometimes be converted or modified to serve garden beds, hedges, planters and other landscaped areas with drip irrigation. We first assess the existing valves, pressure, filtration and zone layout before recommending the right approach.
How much does an irrigation service call cost?

Do you provide landscape-lighting consultations?
Yes. We can assess your property, discuss the desired appearance and function, and recommend fixture locations. We also offer a complimentary sample-lighting demonstration so you can experience the effect before deciding to proceed.
What if my irrigation system waters grass and garden at the same time?
Unfortunately, that would be considered a grass zone and is not allowed under Phase 2-4 restrictions. It has to be your garden solely, no grass combination.
How much does landscape lighting cost?
Pricing depends on the number and type of fixtures, transformer requirements, wire routing and the complexity of the installation. After assessing the property and discussing your goals, we’ll provide a clear project quote.
